ILG Support Update

Following the launch of ILG Support on 1st January 2021 we have been inundated with calls, e-mails and Whatsapp messages from policy holders and professionals in need of employment advice tailored to the needs of individual employers.

The service got off to a great start and we wanted to share some feedback with you which highlights perfectly what we are trying to achieve:

“I just wanted to thank you for all the help & advice that you gave me in the last week regarding a difficult PA dismissal case that I had to deal with for one of my clients.
As you know the PA was quite a challenging person to correspond with & very persistent with the numerous e-mails she was sending through to me! I then had to contact you each time to get your expert advice on how to respond to her which you consistently did & very promptly.
I think the case has now finally been resolved and the PA is satisfied to a degree with the outcome, which is thanks to you and I couldn’t have got this far without you 😊
It is nice to know that myself & the rest of my DPAS colleagues have such good support with yourself & ILG.”

Don’t forget ILG Support is available 24/7 to support policy holders and DP advisors alike.  As this feedback demonstrates we will always go the extra mile to support you.

Please keep the feedback coming!
